First Visit

At RUSH Chiropractic and Rehab our patients are our #1 concern from the moment we say hello until the moment they leave the office feeling great.

This is what to expect when you enter our office on your first visit.

A warm welcome from our wonderful and friendly office staff

Our assistant will ask you to fill out pertinent information on a few forms which may be downloaded and printed here for your convenience. At this time any questions about insurance will be answered. We accept all PPO, POS, Auto Insurance, Medicare, and some Worker’s comp and HMO plans.

Next, You will have a thorough consultation with Dr. Rush

which will include your past and present medical history and any concerns you may have regarding your health. Dr. Rush will ask many questions regarding your chief complaints that brought you to our office. Dr. Rush will spend as much time as necessary with you to make certain all your questions and or concerns are answered.

Our extensive examination is next.

The comprehensive exam includes a complete orthopedic, neurological, spinal examination. This will include range of motion tests, reflexes, sensation and strength testing, and a wide range of orthopedic tests to pinpoint the cause of your pain and or condition. Based on the exam step 4 may follow.

X-rays will be taken in our office

if necessary based on our findings from the exam. X-rays provide useful information to help us find the cause of your problem which may include misalignments of bones, spinal curvatures (scoliosis), disc degeneration, osteoporosis, arthritis, and much more.

Once Dr. Rush has studied your exam and x-ray

findings he will go over the underlying cause of your problem and explain to you the proper steps in correcting it. At this time we urge you to bring your spouse, boyfriend or girlfriend, or someone close to you so they can understand why you are having the pain. This will educate them so they can help with your care.

Once you commit to improving your health through Chiropractic

Dr. Rush will do everything possible to insure you receive the best care.
